Booking Information

Paying a booking fee (deposit) means you agree to the terms and conditions in this document.

All booking fees for drawings/appointments are non-refundable. The booking fee is separate from the price of the tattoo, but is included in the initial price. It is the cost of design work and for the booking of the tattoo. It needs to be paid at least 7 day before to secure the appointment.

All cancellations/reschedules without 72 hours notice will forfeit their booking fee. If adequate notice is given, the booking fee will be moved to the new appointment, no more than one time. Any further cancellations/reschedules will be charged accordingly. No refunds will be available at any time. No call/no shows will forfeit their booking fee. 

If you cancel your appointment your booking fee will be kept and you will have to pay a new one if you wish to rebook. 

There is a minimum charge of £300 for a full day.

Payments on the day

I only accept Direct Bank Transfer or cash and cannot take card payments at the moment. 

If you have a voucher you will need to bring it in with you as proof of purchase of the voucher.

All prices given are an approximate and are subject to change. Because I charge per hour the price may vary depending on the time it takes to complete the tattoo. The size, placement, complexity, and detail will determine how much time is required. This price will include any setup time or stencil work that is to be done.

Failure to provide proof of I.D of the appropriate age

may result in your appointment being cancelled and your booking fee withheld to cover the cost of set up, so bring it just in case.

Please do not bring children to the studio. We are unable to safely accommodate them.

Design Information

These conditions are to ensure each client gets the same dedication to their drawing and allows me the time to work on pieces for all of my clients. 

Please be certain of your tattoo idea before setting an appointment. A total redraw of a design will incur a drawing fee. 

Artwork is usually done the week of your appointment so as to keep bookings and designs flowing in an organised manner. I own all rights to my artworks and am not obligated to release any drawings.

Included in your booking fee are two rounds of revisions (a revision is a request asking me to change something). Please be specific with your changes!

I do not directly copy other artists' designs. These include designs found on Pinterest, as another artist had to have made that design. Please also be sure you are happy with my style of work before booking with me.

If on the day you decide to make a significant size change and or amendments not agreed upon prior to the appointment this may increase the price, however I will always inform you of this before we begin the tattoo.

touch ups

Touch ups are only done if needed, i.e there is ink fallout or fading. Touch ups are not done on well healed tattoos. No more than one free touch up is offered per tattoo.

A touch up is free of charge and is only valid for six months after the tattoo has been done. Cancellations/reschedules on a touch up session without 72 hours notice will forfeit the free of charge service. If adequate notice is given, the free of charge service will be moved to a new appointment no more than one time. Any work done after this is charged at normal rates.

If the touch up is required due to negligence from the client, there will be no free of charge service and any work required to fix the tattoo will be charged accordingly.

I reserve the right to refuse any work that I am uncomfortable with, as well as deny (at any time) work to anyone who I feel doesn’t respect my time or expertise.
